Nairobi hosts a steady stream of conferences, summits and launches, from UN and NGO forums to company events. Afrovo Studios films them so that the event keeps working after the last session ends.

What we cover

• Highlight reels: a short film capturing the energy and the key messages.
• Speaker and delegate interviews, recorded on the day.
• Full session recordings for your website or partners.
• Social clips: vertical, subtitled cuts for LinkedIn, Instagram and X.
• Event photography alongside the video team.

Planning your event film

1. Brief: the programme, the speakers who matter most, and what the film is for.
2. Run of show: we agree which sessions to cover in full and which to capture in highlights.
3. Consent: we work with you on notices and opt-outs for attendees, in line with Kenya’s data protection guidance on recorded media.
4. Delivery: an agreed turnaround for highlights and social clips, then the full edit.

For NGOs and international organisations

Many of our event clients are NGOs and development organisations. We understand protocol, security and the need to be discreet around delegates. Event footage can also feed wider content: interviews recorded at a conference often become part of a programme film or a donor report video.
